With English speaking Kasper and Anya at Casa-Italia as our Project Management Team, our dream of renovating a property in Italy has become reality in just twelve months!

We now have a two bedroom apartment in Abruzzo with beautiful kitchen, bathroom, and living areas with a wonderful view.

Now it’s time to play – swimming locally in summer, skiing at New Year, joining the Easter celebrations and hopefully a day trip to Rome very soon.

Many thanks both of you for sorting out all our problems (and there were a few) in a friendly/unflappable manner.
