Basic price: 3% of the buying price + Italian VAT - minimum 6.000 € (VAT included) The basic price covers the following services:
- Prepare documentation for a codice fiscale
- Acquire the codice fiscale
- Examine conditions regarding ownership, debts, easements and land registry Prepare for opening an Italian bank account
- Presence at signing temporary agreement to buy
- Presence at signing of the final deed
- Change of utilities (water, gas, electricity)
If further assistance is required these are paid seperately (prices vat included).

After the house is yours new needs arises like change of utility contracts, payment and calculation of council tax. We can assist you with this service to make sure you have a smooth transition into the Italian life. This can either be a one time service or an annual thing where we continue to pay your bills when they are due.
Price is 500 € annually or as a one time payment.
